If you have any further questions please get in touch with Charlie.
Making a financial donation
The best way to support The Welcome Centre this Christmas, and all year round is with a financial donation. By setting up a regular donation, you'll support us not just at Christmas but all year. You can do this or make a one-off donation in just a couple of simple steps via our Donate Page.
You can donate online, via bank transfer, in cash or by cheque, Paypal, Caf, Facebook, Just Giving and Text Donate to name a few ways. To find out how to do this see here for more information
I want to donate food not money
If you want to donate food, then focusing on our most needed shortages is the best way to help us. These are the items we need week in, week out.
We now have a fantastic stock of chocolates, biscuits and selection boxes, so thanks to everyone who has donated to us.
We are unable to pass on any products containing alcohol and kindly ask that you do not donate Mince Pies or Christmas puddings.
Our warehouse in Lockwood will be open until 2 pm on Wednesday 24th December ready to receive your donations. Alternatively, donations can be made at one of our drop-offs.

Bring a Smile to a Child This Christmas: Donate a Gift Today!
As the festive season approaches, we know that many people in our community are looking for ways to help a child in need. Your kindness can make a real difference to local families who may be struggling at this time of year.
If you would like to donate a toy this Christmas, we kindly ask that all gifts are brand new and dropped off at one of our donation bins located in the following participating supermarkets:
Morrisons, Waterloo
Central Co-Op, Shepley – Station Road
Central Co-Op, Shepley – Lane Head Road
Lidl, Mirfield
This year, we are not running an Amazon wishlist, thanks to the incredible generosity we’ve already received from local businesses and recent grant opportunities. Your donations will help us ensure that every child we support receives a thoughtful and meaningful gift.
Thank you for helping us spread joy and support families in our community this Christmas. 🎄💛
Where and when can I donate?

Do you need extra volunteers over Christmas?
Christmas is a really busy time of year for us and we are lucky to have a team of experienced volunteers who are here to help. We are not actively looking for new volunteers at this time, however, any new opportunities will be advertised on our Volunteer page in the New year.
