We Are Excited to Announce Three Years of National Lottery Funding
We are delighted to share some significant news that will have a lasting impact on our organisation and the people we support.
We have been awarded National Lottery funding for a three-year period, which will contribute towards staffing costs for our Advice, Guidance & Support Service. This funding represents a vital investment in our ability to support individuals and families who access our food bank, both now and into the future.
Strengthening Support Beyond Emergency Food
This funding enables us to ensure that every person who comes to our food bank has access to practical, person-centred and dignified support. Our Advice, Guidance & Support Service focuses on addressing the underlying issues that lead to food insecurity, helping people to identify solutions, access appropriate services, and build resilience.
By investing in skilled staff, we can continue to provide personalised support that creates clear pathways out of food bank reliance and towards long-term stability and independence.

While emergency food support remains essential, our long-term vision is to help people move towards a life that is free from the need for food banks. This funding allows us to work alongside individuals at their own pace, empowering them with the tools, confidence, and support needed to achieve sustainable change.
