Kirklees Council Device loan scheme
Chromebooks and MiFi are available for adults who are digitally excluded, to help combat loneliness, improve health and wellbeing and access learning opportunities, such as our free courses for adults.
If you live in Kirklees and have a child under 2 years old you could be entitled to FREE home safety equipment supplied and fitted in your property. You will also receive home safety information and advice. Equipment includes baby gates, fire safety guards etc.
Kirklees Wellness Service
This service offers support to adults 18 years+ on a one-to-one basis to develop personally-tailored health and wellbeing goals. The service includes group wellness walks and carer support sessions.
S2R Support 2 Recovery
S2R Support to Recovery is an independent mental health and wellbeing charity, working across Kirklees, offering a range of wellbeing, creative and outdoor workshops. Find out what's on here.
Age UK handyperson service
It can often be difficult and expensive to find someone to do those small jobs that you used to do yourself, such as hanging a curtain rail or fixing a dripping tap. Age UK's Handyperson service can help with these jobs. We offer different levels of service in Calderdale and Kirklees as we receive funding from Kirklees Council to offer some services free of charge.

Access free school uniforms and school sports kits, via local charity Uniform Exchange. Easy to apply and quick to access.
