Why we’re running this raffle
At The Welcome Centre, demand for our services remains high. Every day we are supporting individuals and families who are facing crisis situations such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health challenges, and financial hardship.
Alongside providing emergency food support, our Advice, Guidance & Support team works with people to address the underlying causes of crisis and help them move towards stability.
This includes practical, tailored support such as:
Benefit checks and income maximisation
Support with appeals and form filling
CV writing and employability support
Referrals into mental health and addiction services
Housing and homelessness advice
A safe space to talk and be heard
