Client survey 2023
Each year, we ask our clients to share their opinions and feedback on our food packs and our service. Client feedback helps us understand our client's needs and preferences, and we use their comments to improve our services and to ensure that our support is fully client-centred.
This year, we received 103 responses from clients who received a food pack and/or another service from The Welcome Centre.
