As well as practical help, we also offer advocacy, guidance and support for people in need.
We work one-to-one with clients, to help them tackle underlying issues affecting their finances. We produce resources for clients to use, like simple advice leaflets and recipe cards. And we run special projects like our Kids Kitchen Club to give children activities and healthy food during the school holidays.
Advice and information leaflets on topics including: budgeting, borrowing money, debt advice, fuel poverty, health and wellbeing, housing, money saving ideas, opening a bank account, and Universal Credit.
Easy to follow recipes for healthy meals that can be cooked using ingredients provided in our food packs, including fish pie, pasta bake, corned beef stew, and vegetable curry.
